OUR REMANUFACTURING PROCESS

STEP 1

INSPECTION

INSPECTION

Inspect the injector/pump for any signs of physical harm or damage to its exterior or casing.

STEP 2

CLEANING

CLEANING

Injectors/pumps undergo external cleaning to remove oil and surface rust, after which an ultrasonic cleaning process is applied to the injectors.

STEP 3

PRE-TEST

PRE-TEST

Before placing them on the main test bench, injectors/pumps undergo a preliminary examination to determine their suitability for testing.

STRIPPING

STRIPPING

Injectors and pumps are thoroughly disassembled to ascertain which reusable components require replacement.

STEP 5

REBUILD

REBUILD

The reassembly of injectors/pumps is carried out utilising original equipment manufacturer assembly tools and observing the specified torque values.

STEP 6

TESTING

TESTING

Injectors and pumps undergo testing on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) test stations, and are fine-tuned to match OEM stipulations.

STEP 7

LABELING

LABELING

Our laser engraver inscribes the job number for reference on the injectors/pump.

STEP 8

FINAL INSPECTION

FINAL INSPECTION

Before being dispatched, injectors/pumps are securely sealed, meticulously examined, and equipped with appropriate O-rings and sealing washers. To verify the accuracy of the fittings and products, photographs are taken prior to packaging.

PACKAGING

PACKAGING

Injectors/pumps are packaged in our Deca packaging before it is stored for customer collection.
